Overall its safe and pleasant experience.
Majorly they are not commercial and very friendly. Very good option for family and all the type of groups or individuals

We had booked for a private dormitory and we allocated a family dorm. I don’t think Expedia and the Property are on the same page. This was disappointing. I do understand it was peak season but, the family dorm was empty all thru the stay. We ended up paying more. I am wondering if this is how Expedia runs its business.
