"This was my fourth visit to Patong and I was really looking forward to staying at your hotel given its strong reputation. Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, I felt that for the price paid, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. While everything was good, it felt more on the average side rather than something particularly memorable. I would also like to mention the service at the pool bar, which could be improved. In my experience, Thai hospitality is usually exceptionally warm and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting. On this occasion, the service felt a bit less engaging than expected. In particular, a staff member named Ball came across as somewhat unwelcoming at times, which slightly affected the overall experience. I share this feedback with the intention of being constructive, as I believe the hotel has great potential to deliver an even better guest experience."

We stayed in one of the sea villas, and it exceeded every expectation—beautiful, peaceful, and absolutely worth it. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled, which made the entire stay that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket. "Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff are amazing, breakfast was great so much choice and tasty. Can’t fault this hotel at all. The location of Kata noi is a little remote walking to nearest town 20 mins up hill. "
