We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good!

Our stay here was peaceful. It was walking distance to the local markets and down town. The communication via the app was a great addition and the shuttle pick up/drop off was also convenient. We found a beautiful coffee shop - The Memory café nearby also. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend friends and family to stay here. Thanks for our stay!

Beautiful villas with large private pools. Each villa is self contained and perfect if you want to get away from the world! The resort app makes everything easy and you can order food, drinks, transport and more. But what truly makes it excellent is the resort staff, who are so attentive, kind and helpful.

Our stay of 4D3N was rather short indeed. We loved the villa very much, especially the Bell app was user-friendly and convenient. In-villa dining and other requests were quickly served. Variety of breakfast were appreciated and really tasty. Additional beach chairs should be considered in villa. Look forward for next stay.

Romantic Getaway

Absolutly beautiful inside the location space and secure with electric door entry way. The reception staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. Your personal villa is exactly what you see in the photos. Little oasis with plants surrounding the fence line and pool. The main bedroom is open and spacious with the air con pumping on arrival. Food was lovely. We ordered a couple of times. Breakfast always arrived on time within the time frame requested. You have to order the night before so if you suddenly feel like breakfast the next morning you can’t order through the hotel. We requested a romantic dinner for our 2 year anniversary. They set up candles and roses and catered to us for 2 hours. I would highly recommend these Villas if you want a romantic getaway. It’s not far from Kamala beach as well

Okay stay for a family of 4 + 1 baby

The trip did not start well due to Hotels.com's confusing search function. It uses "rooms" as searching criteria so if you are looking for 2 rooms, and search for 2 rooms, even though you pick ONE villa with 2 rooms, you end up booking for 2 villas which is what happened to us. The hotel was kind enough to refund 3 nights out of 5 when we realised this upon checking in. The stay was okay. There is no restaurant onsite which was a bit boring in the end given the limited menu for 5 nights. You have to book everything (housekeeping, food tray clearing etc) via an app - your selected slot not guaranteed. The communication on the app also became a bit frustrating as hiccup happened (housekeeping did not show, or show at the wrong time when baby was napping). The staff were pleasant and always smiley though which helps. In hindsight we probably would have preferred somewhere on the beach front so it gives some variety of exposures (we were travelling with a baby and could not do much otherwise).

Good villa. But the following points were bad. However, this does not take into account cost performance, and considering cost performance, it can be said that it is 5 stars. I stayed at Banyan Tree just before, so maybe there are only a few negative points that stand out. ・The refrigerator is dirty. In particular, the ice machine was moldy and the kitchen was dirty. ・There are no indoor slippers. I would like this point to be improved. On the other hands, the particular good points are following. ・There are many good points, especially being able to park your car right in front of the villa. No time loss. ・Smartphone application was exellenct! Maybe I hope coming in future again.
