Delusione e disonestà!!!

Prenotazione dal 26 febbraio al 11 marzo 2020. In data 2 marzo la compagnia aerea ci contatta e ci da la spiacevole notizia che il nostro volo dell'11 marzo è stato cancellato perché il governo Vietnamita aveva sospeso tutti i voli da e per l'Italia e quindi nuova partenza in data 4 marzo. Vado ad informare la reception dell'accaduto, chiedendo gentilmente se possono rimborsarmi le 7 notti con colazione non sfruttate, anche parzialmente e mi dicono che devo contattare il sito di prenotazione hotels.com . Li contatto al rientro in Italia e dopo varie mail e chiamate mi danno risposta che la struttura non mi rimborsa le notti perché non ho pagato 2 cene al ristorante!! Abbiamo noleggiato il motorino tramite hotel e ci hanno tenuto i passaporti come cauzione, quindi se fosse stato vero non ce li avrebbero restituiti al momento del check out). Stiamo scherzando?!? Sono disgustato!! Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, la colazione è praticamente sempre la stessa tutti i giorni con pochissima scelta. Le camere in sé non sono male, ma andrebbe riguardata da capo la gestione e la pulizia. Mai più The Garden House Phu Quoc!!!

朝一の飛行機だったので不安でしたが空港までむかえに来ていてくれてチェックインも「大丈夫」とすぐにお部屋に通してくれました。お部屋の設備はあまり期待しないで下さい（金庫もレンジも使えませんでした）1日目はベッドメイキングもされていなかったので「やって欲しい」と連絡しました。多少のミスはあったものの従業員は一生懸命対応してくれて居心地は良かったです。リゾートなので虫はあきらめて（笑

J’ai aimé le cadre, très calme, pour y passer 2 ou 3 jours maximum le temps de se reposer. Le personnel de l’accueiL est très agréable. Je ne dirais pas la même chose du restaurant, ils ne parlent pas un mot d’anglais, oublient la moitié de la commande, et m’ont même dit un midi après s’etre Concertés entre eux qu’ils ne servaient pas ce jour ( a savoir que la nourriture y est infecte mais un sandwich au thon reste un basique). Le lavabo de La salle de bain qui fuyait et qui faisait donc une patogeoire.... j’ai fini par changer d’hotel pour Passer un bon séjour avec ma famille. bref, plus jamais

Avlägset men mysigt om man vill laga sin egen mat

Hotellet ligger off från staden och är mysigt med djur och egen odling direkt utanför dörren. Det påminde dock mer om ett campingliv än mysig strandupplevelse om man var söker det. Det var 2km till närmsta affär/restaurang och man behövde ta taxi eller hyra en moped för det (ca 30kr enkel resa alt 60kr för en moped en heldag). Olikt bilderna här så fanns det varken bar eller restaurang på hotellet och receptionen hade inte heller någon försäljning, vilket krasst innebar att vi fick ta oss iväg med taxi om vi ville ha något, om så en flaska vatten. Poolområdet var inte heller lika mysigt som på bild samt var frukosten väldigt begränsad och dålig, vilket gjorde att vi bara åt där 1/4 dagar.

Having travelled quite extensively through SE Asia in recent years my girlfriend and I have stayed at many guest houses/homestays/ hotels. We have also spent the last 2 and a half weeks travelling around Vietnam. I will keep this review brief and fair. Positives. 1. Free pick up from the airport. 2. The grounds are quite and peaceful. 3. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Negatives. 1. The staff have a total disinterest in providing a service. 2. The restaurant is way overpriced and the quality of food is the worst I have had in both Vietnam and neighbouring countries. This becomes an issue as the hotel is situated some distance from any other places to eat. 3. The breakfast. It’s descibed as a buffet breakfast. However, on the both occasions we are (8am) there was minimal food and the majority of the plates were empty of food. It was even an ordeal just asking for bread for toast and was just given 2 pieces of squashed up bread. There were napkins over the floor that needed picking up and chairs just scattered around. The surfaces need a clean and wipe down, but the restaurant staff appeared not bothered. I could go on but will stop there. All in all by thus stage we had had enough and checked out early moving on elsewhere.

Its look good but...

The hotel is new and look fine, room is littlle small. its about 200m from the beach, there is an electric car to take you to the beach, but seems like its hard to call them to pick u up back to the hotel. The staffs at the reception is unfriendly, they try to act like professional but they aint. And the restaurant was the worst part, the food is no tasty at all, i don’t recommend this food from here for anyone. Overall, its just acceptable with the price and its location, but you should have your food out side if u stay here.

Top Marks!

I always said after a few reviews I would save top marks for that special one, however, I am awarding this place top marks, why ? Apart from one minor niggle (a poor selection of breakfast cereal and breakfast only open from 7am (where's the Muesli!!!)) for the first time ever, I felt so welcomed by EVERYONE and there wasn't one thing we asked for that wasn't done, immediately, without question! Every hotel I have visited in the world, there is always that one person or that one thing that leaves a bad taste in your mouth after you pay good money and stay on a long awaited trip, only for someone to treat you like they are doing you a favour! This place, the staff, the lovely immaculate Bungalows, the free bikes, a washing machine (I know!!), excellent free Wi-Fi, the incredible value, the peaceful location, the help, the warm friendliness, the prices, the great food, the immaculate gardens, nice pool, the free breakfast, the fresh cooked eggs, natural yogurt and cows milk, the free hotel transfer, he free water, the fridge and ice cubes, hiring a driver and car for half a day, painless motorcycle hire, just left alone to relax and enjoy but always there when you needed something. This has honestly been one of the best places I have stayed and pound for pound it beats everything else. We would highly recommend this to anyone (we have booked again already!) my ONLY advise is you DO need transport, as a family with kids be prepared, for couples, just jump on a bike and

Einfach nur perfekt- super Resort

Hatte mich für das Garden House Resort entschieden. Ich fand es im Internet sehr gut beschrieben und bewertet und die Photos animierten mich schlussendlich, es zu buchen. Es war sehr gut gebucht. Besonders von Familien mit Kindern. Die Bungalows sind ein Traum. Unser hatte 75 qm Alles ist sehr sehr grosszügig angelegt. Es gibt verschieden Kategorien. Ich hatte ein grosses Gartenhaus mit Mountainview gebucht. Dazu gehört ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Aircondition und einem Balkon. Eine separate Toilette. Separat ein Waschbereich daran schliesst sich eine Aussendusche im Grünen an, da alles perfect gestaltet und begrünt wurde, kann man auch nackt duschen, ohne gesehen zu werden. Im Innenbereich befindet sich eine weitere Dusche. Dann gibt es einen grossen Essbereich mit Platz für 10-12 Leute. Eine toll eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirr, welche wir auch für uns nutzten, um zu kochen. Desweiteren gibt es eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus mit Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der frischgewaschen Wäsche und einen Raum für die Waschmaschine. Ein weitere zusätzliche Toilette und ein separaten Bereich mit Waschbecken. Um das Haus herum befindet sich ein liebevoll angelegter Teich mit Pflanzen. Das Haus verfügt selber über 2 Schlafzimmer, 3 Toiletten, 2 Innenduschen und 2 Aussenduschen. Der Garten wurde liebevoll gestaltet und das ganze Resort lebt von den angebauten Sachen. Es gibt Bananenstauden im ganzen Resort. Einen grossen Teich mit Lotos. Und freilaufende Tiere.

のどかで素敵なホテル

設備は新しく、スタッフも親切です。 洗濯機もあって、水着などすぐ乾いて助かりました。キッチンもあるお部屋でした。 一番素敵だったのは、ガーデンに鶏やウサギがいたことです。目覚まし時計よりも早く、にわとりの鳴き声で目覚めました。のどかな感じが素敵なホテルです。女子旅におすすめ！あ、ファミリーにも最高ですよ。あと、朝食の食パン、とても美味しかったです。米粉のパンかも？おすすめです。
