Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Ridiculous service by Hotel.com, I booked the hotel 2 months back and after reaching the hotel, hotel staff said rooms are not available, booking is denied. I have to arrange a different hotel on my own on that day and paid almost double to avoid staying on road. Hotel.com has not shown any interest for an alternate accommodate or refund the extra amount which i have to pay for their fault Pathetic experience, never book any hotel from hotel.com

I have booked 4 rooms but I come to check in, the owner hotel said with me not have rooms and they sent me to other motels that one is very bad it too smelly, I don’t believe they are take my money but they’re not paid back for me , it very very bad hotel for service
