Great hotel

Brilliant location for beach, no road to cross and 1 minute away from a glorious beach with a few beach bars but not over touristy. Reception staff speak great English, only downside there is no pool but with a warm sea around the corner, I didn't care. And breakfast was a bit limited could do with more choice

Дали номер без окна с запахом плесени, за обмен пришлось заплатить 90 долл за 6 суток, что меня весьма расстроило, так как я путешественник с многолетним стажем объездивший полмира первый раз столкнулся с такой проблемой только во Въетнаме, в остальном все не плохо. Завтраки, кофе -супер, море под боком.

Ystävällinen palvelu Avulias henkilökunta Mukava allas Hyvä aamupala Lähellä biitsiä Ainoa miinus tulee siitä, että huone haisi homeelle (pohja kerros). Henkilökunta vaihtoi heti huoneen kolmanteen kerrokseen. Siellä home haisi lievemmin.

False advertisement

We booked three nonsmoking rooms. 2 of 3 rooms were smoking rooms. We had to move 2 times. Checked in took more than 30 mins. Rooms advertised showed 3 bigs windows ( sliding doors). We got rooms with no windows. They have smoking every floor in front of common elevators.

Nice modern hotel, close to the beach. The hotel does have sunloungers available at the beach but only maybe 6, however we did not find this a problem as you could get a beanbag and a beer for 50,000vnd next door :) The pool area is lovely, there is also a hottub and sauna available however we did not use these during our stay. Good selection at breakfast, probably one of the best of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. Room clean n tidy, although saw a few bugs but nothing unacceptable. Only slight niggle was on check in, they wanted to keep our passports for the duration of our stay, we insisted that we wanted to keep our own passports and they didnt put up too much of a fight. This decision was justified as a couple of hours later we went to reception, which was unattended and there was a pile of passports left on the side. Overall a pleasant stay!

Absolut nöjda, lite hög kostnad men nära stranden, sjysst frukost, bra stöd, ok rum/säng. Vi stördes av andra gäster men det var givetvis inte hotellets fel.

Hotel hard to find (tip: look for signs to Arcadia). Room really wasn't that clean - dirty light switches, some hair on the floor. When I got there the TV didn't work. I found that the aerial was unplugged and fixed it myself. The phone didn't work - the maid fixed that. Bedside light didn't work (I didn't bother complaining). Room safe quite tricky to operate. Bed was a little hard but comfortable enough. Cheap foam-filled pillows. Good bathroom and shower with instant hot water. Breakfast is adequate but not a big range. Close to beach, which I guess is what allows this very average hotel to fill itself. The mostly Russian guests maybe don't mind.

Det mindre bra med hotellet var: för få platser vid poolen, frukostbuffén och inte fönster på rummet om man hade standard rum. Det bra var att det var i bra skick och när vi bad om det kunde personalen erbjuda oss ett annat rum med fönster. När till havet och trevlig personal.

Good 3star hotel with friendly staff

Nice 3star hotel. Ok breakfast. Rooms aren't very sound isolated. 50 meters to the beach. Very friendly staff. Overall a good place too stay. *Can recommend John's tours if you want to go out on a boat trip. Very friendly staff and beautiful trip:)

Maaliskuun loppu pari viikkoa.Hotellin sijainti oli ok, huone siisti. tilava kylpyhuone.siivous hyvä. Palvelu ok. Puutteena voi sanoa, että hotelli-infoa ei ollut ollenkaan kirjallisena, joten opetellessa talon tavoille meni hetki. huoneen avaus normi avaimella hieman vanhanaikaista. Englannin kielen puutteet yhdistettynä tapana puhua hiljaa aiheutti excumen toistoa hieman liikaa. Hotellin ruoka ja myös muualla ravintoloissa syöty ruoka aika mautonta eli hyvin vähän mausteita.Suuri ero Thaimaalaiseen ruokaan. Ihmiset ylipäätään ystävällisiä ja rehellisiä. aamiainen ei nostanut valtavia hurraa-huutoja.

Great value for money.

Super hotel and service. Most staff talk sufficient English to solve your problems/challenges. Great location with many restaurants. The only minor downside is that it's not directly on the beach. Requires a small 2min walk. Great wifi connection in the entire building and by the pool. We stayed in the main building on the 4th floor with sea view.

Ganska nybyggt hotell som i stort var bra, rent och snyggt med bra personal, men frukosten var riktigt dålig! Jag försökte få personalen att kyla mjölken men gav upp det efter 4-5 dagar. Det fanns müsli och Corn Flakes men ingen åt av dem eftersom det inte fanns något att äta till! 30 gradig mjölk eller yoghurt som serverades i snapsglas till de som var tidigt uppe. De flesta blev nog utan. Vi åt frukost på andra ställen trots att vi betalt för den i rumskostnaden den sista veckan!

I stayed two weeks.

I booked this place because of the positive reviews - new (and likely clean/safe), close to beach/restaurants, a pool, and a solid buffet breakfast; not to mention the seemingly good value. Well, after 2 weeks, it was all that and more. And what made it better was the team (family-run and friends of family) that runs this place. Friendly, genuine, and accommodating staff. For example, if you asked for something or had a concern, you were serviced immediately with a sincere look of concern. You will be truly cared for at this place. This review wouldn't be objective if I only highlighted all the great things. But really, there were few downsides. Wi-fi was a bit weak and walls were a bit thin but this was somewhat expected. Other than that, this place has it locked down.

Comfortable and clean

Rooms with sea view are a little small, but are clean and modern. Was moved to a pool view room which was twice the size. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were very clean and newly renovated. Beach area is a very public space but still offers a beautiful view during sunset. Very clean and tidy in an quiet location.

Ett okej hotell i förhållande till

I det stora hela var det ett bra hotell med helt okej frukost i förhållande till priset. - frukost, mindre bra i mina mått (det var bara en dag det fanns bacon till exempel). Kom du sent fanns det inget kvar. Mjölk ej kall. Omelettstation var dock bra. - ok städat men det var inte alla dagar som vi fick nya handdukar när de bytte de gamla. Poolen städade varje dag, så den var mycket fin och inbjudande. - lyhört, frukosten/matsalen hörs i hela huset - ok sängar om än VÄLDIGT hårda. - AC full gång i gemensamma utrymmen men ingen verkan då allt står öppet. AC bra på rummet - poolbar/restaurang var undermålig. Det tog 40 minuter att få ett snack efter beställning och det smakade sedan bara svartpeppar. - mycket vänlig personal men är inte så bra på engelska - bra läge, mycket nära strand (2 min promenad), dock erbjöds inga solstolar på stranden vilket hade varit ett stort plus.

Angenäm upplevelse

Brenta Phu Quoc är ett nytt hotell vilket gör att hotellet är fräscht. Läget är utmärkt, någon enstaka minuts promenad till stranden och många restauranger att välja mellan inom några få minuters promenad. Även poolbaren/restaurangen på hotellet är helt ok. Poolen är fräsch och ren och härligt inbjudande. Frukosten är bra med många val och utsikten från frukostmatsalen är magisk. Enda molnet på himmelen är ett visst slarv. Städpersonalen är oerhört vänliga och hjälpsamma men de gjort den del enkla misstag som att ta handdukarna men glömma lämna nya handdukar, toalettpapper och vattenflaskor glömdes fyllas på. Strandhanddukarna togs (trots att vi hängt upp dem för att använda dem fler gånger) utan att nya lämnades. Detta bör vara relativt enkla saker att fixa till; tydligare ledarskap och uppföljning. Upplevde dock inte detta som något större problem. Vår samlade upplevelse är positivt och vi kommer gärna tillbaka till detta ställe!
