"The property was peaceful and felt out of the way, but access to cars using Grab was always easy and fast, and inexpensive.
The hotel was helpful in arranging transportation from Hanoi airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Hanoi Old Quarter, which was cheaper than four of us taking a bus.
The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

"The hotel doesnt have a parking space but the staffs could help you to move your luggages to the room. We do love and would like to recommend this hotel for the traveller who wanna have a short stay in Ninhbinh. It' s located in the city center, so you can stroll at the sidewalk to see the citty life. The staffs were very nice and attentive. You would not dissapppoint if stay in the Vancouver hotel!."

Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt.
Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst.

We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. "The hotel is new so it is clean and modern. The room was nice. We had the corner room on the 6th floor so there was many windows for light and the veiw. The balcony was big, The hotel is very nice. But the location is very bad. I can see why it was not busy. The main reason people come to the area is for 2 places and those locations are 7.5km away. The buddist temple is another 30 minutes away by taxi. When we checked it would have cost us 277k dong one way.

"I stayed with Dzung and his family for 4 night and I loved it. I felt so very welcome, breakfast was amazing, free use of a bike to go exploring by myself. A nice pool to take a plunge in after getting back from a day outside visiting the sights. I cannot recommend the beautiful place and people enough. Also, I really liked the location that was a bit away from the huzzle of Tam Coc area, while it still had good restaurants, and a good spa in the area. Thank you for a great vacation 🙂"
