Excellent, really helpful staff and a clean room. Good breakfast options. The laundry service was invaluable and good quality (50,000 VND /kg). Great location and the bikes were great to get around the local area.

The staff is very professional, kind, incredibly helpful and eager to help make your stay unforgettable. We took a private driver from the hotel to all our attractions and back to Hanoi. What an amazing experience. The grounds are incredibly well maintained, lush gardens a pond, right up against some incredible mountains... can recommend MORE. Close to main attractions.

The staff was very nice, they even held breakfast past their scheduled time for my husband. They have free bikes. Breakfast was solid, bed was comfortable, the view was great. ROI was way positive, you get way more than you pay for

Amazing peaceful setting which was much needed after a week in Hanoi. Staff were excellent and even though a bit dated you can tell the place was really well designed with framed views of surroundings. Location also great and only a short bike ride to most things. Lots of surrounding cafes and places to eat. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at Muong Village. It was a beautiful and quiet place to stay for a couple nights after being in busy Hanoi. Our only regret was that we didn’t book for longer! Hannah and Minh made our stay the best 🙏❤️👌

We loved staying at Muong Village. Our room overlooked a pond. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. All of our meals, including the breakfast buffet, were delicious. If you want a stay in a beautiful setting, a kind and efficient staff who ask what more they can do to help with taxi, outings, recommendations, stay here.

Great location, peaceful and stunning views. Close to everything you need. Staff were fantastic with country hospitality. Some spoke English and some didnt but the translator came in handy and at the end of the day you are visiting a country where English is not a first langauge. 5 stars.

A nice out of the way. Place literally at the end of the road. Get 5 minutes away from excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you like a little bit of a taste of rural but close enough to your coffee shop and this is the one. Make sure you ask for a renovated room

The staff at Muong Village are very attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and well presented. The outdoors are stunning and the pool was very welcoming and delicious to swim in after a long day of activities. Bikes are free to use as well which makes it easier to get around. You may have to use Grab though for longer trips unless you like and can ride a motorcycle.
