Sipanya Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay to explore the Plain of Jars sites and Phonsavan area! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The on-site restaurant is good, and it is a short walk down the hill to several nice places to eat. I would travel back to Phonsavan just to stay in this ...
