Had a peace full stay for our honeymoon. Place was beautiful and quiet. Just wish the microwave rental was $25 flat fee for the stay and not per day. There are no vending machines anywhere on the property but there is a small market. When we happened to go there they were closed. It might be better if you bring your own snacks.

Nice Property but way over priced and over crowded. One of the Pools was not working, 4 ro 5 different weddings and parties going on at same time....Have to walk really far. Was there for a wedding but would never stay there again for the outrageous amount of money Oh, they charge extra for everything...water, microwave, crib or cot.....a joke.

Great resort. Service at restaurants was way below expectations (45 min - 1.5 hour wait for 2 kids 2 adults meals) otherwise awesome.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! My kids loved the pool and hubby loved the bar at the pool. Breakfast at Red Allen’s was amazing!!!

We loved our room, the layout of the property, the pools...but most of all we loved the tennis courts! Staying at the Wigwam was very relaxing.

We really enjoyed our week of watching Division 2 college golf. We were able to rent spectator carts, enjoyed the dining options and had a great room. Be prepared for the large property and some walking but take advantage of the shuttle services. Staff was all wonderful and helpful.

Loved the little casita rooms and the dining options. The main pool wasnt open but the oasis pool was decent. We loved the tennis clinics and hanging out on the grounds and at the firepits.

Noisy! We have always loved the historic charm and elegance of The Wigwam, but this stay was not up to par. Between loud guests partying all night ALL NIGHT and the maid cleaning the adjacent room early in the morning so loudly, with loud talking and banging, we did not get much sleep and did not have an enjoyable stay.

Wigwam great destination
The Wigwam was a great get away destination. The service and amenities were great. We enjoyed both the golf course and the spa. The golf course restraunt food and atmosphere were also great. Definitely recommend it to others.

So when we checked into the room we found out that the TVs weren’t working and so the maintenance staff had to come over and do a bunch of programming and add equipment to the TV so I was surprised that that room wasn’t up to speed when we checked in. I thought the staff was very good. We had room service on Saturday afternoon and it was quite tasty, and the cleanup crew did a good job of getting the room cleaned up while we were out visiting some friends on Saturday so appreciate that too.

Unfriendly and Cold
The room was having hot water issues. I had to call a few times throughout the day and asked them to repair the issue. They said they did after having to show up in the lobby, but when I went back to my room, the issue was not solved. When I had asked if I could be moved, there was no empathy at all, just the standard answer of "we are sold out" After having the maintenance department come back one more time and finally fix the issue, I had to stay in the room. Overall, the reception people are not very friendly and had no empathy at all for having to shower at 5 am in the morning in a freezing cold weather night. For a resort that is supposed to be top of the line, my expectations were not met. If I did not have to stay there for work, I would choose a different hotel.

Very nice place that's high class and quality, although the rooms themselves are dated they are in keeping with the atmosphere and weren't dirty or lacking anything. Will be back for sure.
