"We had a great stay at this hotel! The iPad features in the room were fun and convenient to use, and I really appreciated the blackout curtains. The room honestly felt a little like being on a cruise ship—the rooms aren’t huge, but that was expected and didn’t bother us. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt safe throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, especially for us since it’s only about 2 miles from Soldier Field. One thing to note is that the bathroom door does not fully close or latch, so there isn’t much privacy. This may be something to consider depending on who you’re traveling with! We did have one issue with the elevator. It initially wouldn’t let us out on our floor, and after retrying, it took us to the correct floor but the doors didn’t open fully, so we had to squeeze our way out. I notified a staff member, and she immediately addressed the issue, which I really appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"9 out of 10 things are positive about this hotel. Only issue we had was that our room was “lake side” and on both Friday and Saturday night (early morning) there were loud cars on the Michigan Avenue. Hard acceleration and revving engines. Nothing the hotel can do about this, just a heads up if you are a light sleeper that you may be better on the other side of the hotel. Happened around 1am if I had to guess timing. Great other than that though. Would certainly stay there again."
