Staff was courteous at all times. From the time I entered the lobby and valet parking areas they greeted me and went out of their way to make my stay pleasurable.The food and housekeeping was also outstanding. I will definitely return if I am in Phoenix/Tempe.

Resort fee? really for 11 degrees celsius. We didn't even have our room cleaned the 2 nights we stayed there. Hard to track anyone down. Asking for a late checkout is like a full time job, they make you come back every morning and evening to re-check

The rooftop experience was awesome and easily the highlight of our stay. The lowlight was the valet situation. Spent several minutes waiting each time we wanted to get the rental car out.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the room was comfortable. Very nice amenities, and close to a lot of fun places within walking distance. I must have missed it when booking, but I was a little thrown off when I arrived to find out it was valet only, which you have to pay separately from your stay. Overall a nice experience.

Our valet service is enclosed in a safe and secure garage as opposed to if you were to park on the street where your vehicle may be possibly towed as we are in a downtown city area. I have never experienced so much racism in my life. What was supposed to be my graduate degree celebration and vacation, turned into a disappointment. From the staff to the guest, the way my husband and I were treated was horrendous. I was so hurt that I went back to seclude myself in the room. The only person that treated us with some form of respect was Katy at Lucero. The manager working at Lucero Monday night around 9pm persistently walked pass my husband and I and served others while we sat for 45min and watched others just walk up and get their order! When Katy finally acknowledged us and tried to help the manager continuously interrupted her as she was talking to us. There’s so much more that took place but I will leave it there. I will never recommend this place to anyone

I loved the property. But this is definitely a college town and you see that with the caliber of staff. Where the property is clean and beautiful the area outside the property is dirty, smelly and over run with homeless. If you stay here just stay on the property.

The great architecture was unfortunately ruined by the snotty blonde woman working at the desk who was nasty to me when I asked about parking and gave me no info about elevator location, check out, etc. No ice machine. Parking was a complete disaster. Didn't feel safe here on multiple occasions there were screaming homeless people underneath our window. Other than that, it was great

Awesome location and nice, clean hotel. The A/C thermometer was definitely wrong in our room (showed it was cooler than what it was) but the A/C did work so it was fine. Can’t say another negative thing. You can feel comfortable booking a room here.

You are not asking what I didn't like. The computers were down when we arrived and couldn't make keys, My son waited 2 hours for a room. On the last day (4/1) we had cold water for showers in both rooms. When I complained the gentleman at the desk said we could have used another room for showers .By this time I was dressed. I have had better service at a Holiday Inn for less price (and a free breakfast)

This location was great for my trip. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I am giving 3 stars due to upon arrival on 3/29. The computer systems were down for all Omni's. Although not their fault, it was just a hassle to find hotel personnel every time to re enter our room. Clayton was great. The staff at the pool had no idea about the computers being down and the key outage. Additionally, it was a pain to have to call for ice every time I wanted some. An ice machine would have saved the staff several trips to our room.
