Court mais bon

Court séjour de transition de 1 nuit. Tout était parfait. Juste le restaurant où le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un grand hôtel comme celui-ci mais ce n’est qu’un infime détail.

I booked a room but they didn't have it so they gave me another room was too noisy I couldn't sleep near to main road and I told them I really need to switch my room to a different room but they didn't notify the morning g staff and I end up staying waiting for the evening staff to come it was really inconvenient and it made us even more tired not a good experience unfortunately

서비스, 청결도,편안함 거기가 조식까지 다 마음에 들었습니다. 단 스파를 하고 싶어서 이곳을 택했는데 안내문이 엘레베이터에 만 붙어 있다보니 벨보이 안내로 미쳐 발견하지 못하고 저녁 에 야간시장을 갔다가 피곤하여 아침에 하자고 잤는데...밤 2시까지 운영하고 아침은 10시부터 개장을 하다보니 이용도 못하고 나왔네요...객실 안에서도 볼 수 있는 안내문이 필요한 것같아요

조용한 강 조망 괜찮은 호텔_ 출장/여행 모두

1년에 3~4번 정도 프놈펜 출장시 마다 이용합니다. 근처에 쇼핑몰이라든지 편의 시설은 없지만 Tourist Place에서 떨어져 있어 조용하고 강조망이 좋습니다. 가격대비 추천할만하고 왕궁과 River Front는 걸어서 20분 정도 택시로 5분이면 갈수 있습니다. 공항까지는 20분 내외가 걸립니다.

Ve came 22:00 a clock all the light was closed at the hotel outside and inside the reception , ve through the hotel was locked down. I Can not recommend this hotel for people who coming at Cambodja for first and want to fill save.

メコン川沿いのホテルが集中する地区から北の方に行ったところにあるホテルで、室内も十分広く、快適に過ごせました。付近は飲食店が少なかった様子で、三輪車等を利用することになりますが、ホテルのドアマンが道路の反対側にいた三輪車を呼んでくれました。室内もきれいで、虫もいなかったので、交通手段の手配さえできれば、スリッパや靴ベラ等も置かれていて、問題なく過ごせると思います。

The room isnt bad. The gym and spa is fantastic. But the hotel is so cheap they wont turn on the lights in the stairwell or even the hallway during day or night. the staff is really accommodating but the location is too far from anything.

4/5star price for 3star hotel

The gym is a let down and the spa area should open at 7am but they wanted to open it at 10.30am so I had to argue that point which eventuality was accepted. Internet in room is poor. Tv stations do not always work. To shower hot you need to turn taps on it the sink and bath for 5minutes before the shower water is heated. Terrible waste of water. The staff were very nice but lack of European languages including English was hard work. But it was ok

Nous avons trouvé facilement Hotel et l'emplacement et le service de parking est bien. Le réceptionniste est très efficace et compétent, car j'ai demandé de changer de chambre avec un lit double car j'ai mal réservé avec 2 lits. Il a pu répondre ma demande rapidement. Par contre, il y a un odeur de cigarette dans la chambre qui a terni un peu la bonne impression de Hotel.

Hotellet låg en bit från citykärnan. Helt ok men det som drar ned är att personalen inte kunde engelska. I Best Westernkedjan tar man för givet att någon/några skall kunna engelska. Kommer inte att återkomma till detta hotell i Phnom Penh.
