Quiet hotel with rooms lovely decorated. Some rooms offer a view over the royal palace. The open air restaurant on the top floor next to the pool was a nice place to relax. We found the food to be average however. Breakfast was good with a good variety of items, notably various fresh fruit.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful interior and very friendly staff. Bed is firm and choice of pillows on request. The rooftop pool and bar is absolutely stunning. Great location too, all sights in walking distance. Only let-downs were the breakfast buffet which was very mediocre considering the price point. And we struggled with the smart tv due to poor internet connection I assume.

Staff were really great from reception to laundry to door man. All were helpful, courteous and made us feel welcome. Rooms spotless and housekeeping again so kind and helpful. I had a lovely 6 night stay here at what can only be described as a jungle oasis in the bustling Phnom Penh! The staff at the Penh House were courteous, friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and clean, with lots of complimentary amenities including filtered water. I also indulged in a wonderful and relaxing massage at their spa. My favorite thing about this hotel other than the fabulous staff was by far the rooftop — with a gorgeous infinity pool and a restaurant/lounge area that overlooks the temple roofs and skyscrapers of the city, you really get an amazing sense of the capital!

Beautiful view and relaxing rooms

Stayed with family for two nights as part of a longer trip. It was one of the best hotels on our trip. We loved the spacious rooms, good breakfast and the rooftop bar and pool had amazing views of the city. Close to the river, Royal Palace, Independence Monument, and much more. We had a lovely stay and if visiting Phnom Penh again we will definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel has polite, helpful, friendly staff. We had a Junior suite which was spacious, very comfortable and clean with all amenities. The hotel has a lot of green plants to give it a tropical feel. Breakfast and other meals are served in the rooftop restaurant - all meals were very good. The foyer is large and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A wonderful oasis in the middle of busy Phnom Penh, centrally located and provided excellent service. Spacious room. Good bed. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Very good spa. No plastic straw (finally!)! Rich dinner. Good prices. Cute welcome surprise.
