"My boyfriend and I recently spent the weekend at the Heritage House Resort & Spa, and "incredible" doesn't even begin to cover it. The resort is perched right on the cliffs, offering panoramic vistas of the ocean that feel like something out of a movie. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of the rugged coastline was the highlight of the trip. What truly sets this property apart is the full-service experience. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. We felt completely taken care of from check-in to check-out—the service is polished, professional, and genuinely warm. The breakfast was exceptional and exactly what we needed to fuel up for a long day of adventures. It provided the perfect "set-off" for exploring the nearby hiking trails and coastal scenery. Whether you're celebrating a milestone birthday or just need to disappear into the Redwoods and sea mist for a few days, this is the spot. It is a true sanctuary. I cannot wait to come back!"

"Well located. Room in need of some maintenance. Door housing mini fridge within, was askew and didn't fully close. Paint at base of door was badly chipped. Two drill holes to the left of bathroom door, need to be spackled and two missing caps at base of toilet were unattractive and discolored. Several dark marks in shower need paint cover. It is strange that these items, which are a simple fix, should go unaddressed. One must wonder if housekeeping doesn't pass these items to maintenance."

"Pretty coastal town. We didn’t realize that our stay was in a B&B house away from the Inn. We were very happy with the accommodations! Breakfast arrived in an insulated picnic basket - everything was fresh out of the oven and delicious! "

"We had a very private room with a nice deck. The room itself was okay. It had a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The carpet could have been updated or removed maybe a little touch ups to improve the room. Parking was convenient. The self check-in needs work. We couldn't get into our room and another guest had similar issues. We were able to walk to the next property and resolve the issie with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. "
