"I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and have enjoyed it every time I have visited Exeter. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to quite a few great restaurants and attractions. (It is only 15 minutes from the beach)! The hot breakfast selection was also very good. The only downside was that the business center was temporarily not available due to renovations this trip.

"A kick ass stay in a unique place. Staff was great, amenities and location are prime. My only beef is on the hot days the AC can’t keep up and on 3rd floor it was reading 80 degrees. I still highly recommend and would stay again. "
"The accommodation is located in a charming historic building in a great vibrant village-like town. The interior space has a mid mod vibe, and is spacious, and easy to use. Had a nice dinner, as recommended, a nice walk to the waterfront and a nice ice cream. Pretty perfect! "

There was a strong sewer odor in the room when we walked in on the second day after being away all day. We opened the windows and cleared it out. There is a plumbing vent problem which should be looked at.
