The manager India was a GOD SEND for our last minute booking! When Expedia didn’t send over our reservation (booked 2 hours in advance) she went above and beyond to help us get into a room and took care of all of the strings for us! This place is very clean, professional, and the most professional and friendly staff I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with during a vacation trip! We checked in at 10PM and were told we received the last available room. We received the keys, which did not work. After receiving a second set of keys, which also did not work, the director of security got involved. He was able to open the door, but the deadbolt locked the door. Another staff person was called to unlock the deadbolt, which is when we heard a voice from inside the room indicating that there was somebody in the room. That person clearly had no business being in the room, and the security director immediately escorted that person outside (not sure what happened to that person). At that point we were no longer willing to stay in that hotel and asked for a new room in the adjacent Hilton. That was arranged. When we entered our room in the Hilton, we smelled a strong odor of marijuana which was mixed with air freshener. We tried to reach the front desk 3 times with no answer. Upon calling the security director from the Homewood Suites, it sounded like he knew that could be an issue and that we would not be charged. I will never ever stay again in either the Homewood Suites or the adjacent Hilton when traveling to Philadelphia.

Warning!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot. The rooms were disgusting. I don’t think they clean at all ever let alone after each person leaves. There were several rooms with bed bugs that were found. One possibly with lice, so sure there were others just didn’t hear about it. Blood on bathroom floors, toilet not cleaned, hair everywhere throughout the room especially on the bed. Side table had contact lens smashed onto it and dried so had been there for some time. The rugs felt moist and dirty. Crumbs on most of the surfaces in the room. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We cut our vacation short because of this place and got out of town. The staff did their best to accommodate but the hotel itself needs a really deep cleaning!

Check in was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Room was phenomenal and clean and ready to go. Perfect for what we needed. We used the pull out bed and they got linens to us within 10 minutes. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious. We are very pleased with our stay. To keep in mind. Parking is weird. They have a small access to load/unload and a parking lot further down and there is covered paid parking(we used) which is really affordable.

Our room was dirty, I text a complaint all they said was, we’ll give u extra honors rewards points. And apologized. I had to clean the room. I was staying there with kids and my elderly mom. The pool water was really cold and the room was as well, so uncomfortable to swim in. The heater in the room only worked when it was on 80 and above, which made sleeping uncomfortable. For the price I paid on city line ave, this minor things. the room being dirty was my biggest issue, I spend the first hour, cleaning the room that should have been clean

We have stayed her many times over the years, This visit was such a disappointment. We arrived to some sort of ruckus where staff was outside to make sure things didn't get out of hand. I had a broken leg and asked someone if they had a luggage cart and they were unhelpful and told us to ask the desk. One of the staff did feel bad about everything that was going on and help us bring all our thing to our room. Once inside we notice the rug was quite stained, no hangers in the closet onlyb one plate in the kitchen, the shampoo bottles that were suppose to be on the shower wall were ripped off. Gave us only 2 towels and had to get more from housekeeping. In all the times we stayed there never had issues like this. The place is going downhill.
