Room was great- clean. Breakfast was the usual, but the shower had a dual shower head in the handicapped room so I didn't have to use the handheld my 98 year mom needed. AND...really hot water that many hotels don't have. The desk folks were polite and efficient, good selection in the little store which was appreciated after a long day. Good location to Longwood Gardens and easily accessible to both sit down and fast food.

The room was clean ,staff was helpful and courteous. Good location. I had called earlier in the week and verified with hotel staff, that each room had a microwave and refrigerator before booking the room due to the pending snowstorm. (It was not mentioned on their website so I wanted to make sure) When we arrived, that was not the case. But staff was accommodating and were able to locate a microwave for us by the next morning( a small refrigerator was available in the room). We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. This was one of the other features that had determined our choice of hotels for the weekend. There was no mention on the website that Renovations were being done or that the hot tub was not available.
