Very convenient to public transit. The neighborhood is rebuilding but short 15 minute walk to Brewerytown main area and hour walk to the city. The layout of the 1 bedroom really worked well.

Decent place for a short term stay.

The room was cute, loved the access to the outdoor patio but only issue is I couldn’t control the temperature in the room and it was continuously shot out hot air and was too warm.

The property was very dainty and quiet. Pretty straightforward with how to access your unit as well. Not too big but just enough for a good stay for a few nights. No elevator, but it really isn't an issue if you don't have problems with it. Our unit had a small balcony with a good view of the skyline which was really great. We had our own bathroom, iron and ironing board. and the common kitchen was fully equipped. Great stay!

Outside was freezing cold but the small studio I was in felt cozy and comfortable. The price was fair and affordable to what they offered. My only hang up was the damage deposit. They require you pay that before you are sent any check in instructions. Overall Not Bad!

A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. Very new interior very nicely done.

This was a pretty cool area! Very close to everything and easily accessible for walking as well. This is a contactless hotel service so all communication is done via email. They will send your all there instructions through there. I was a little surprised about the incidental fee but I understand there policy and it’s refundable. For the most part I had a great time. You get your own private unit that have a bathroom. The kitchen area is shared with one other guest. That is there design.

It was cozy, plenty of parking, quiet, and safe with codes to get in each door. The directions are e mailed prompty 5 minutes before you can check in. The manager happened to be there when I got there and was nice. He directed me where to park and how to get in. I will stay here again.

This particular bedroom that we rented has two single beds. It is very small, tight and cramp so keep in mind only one person can walk about inside this room. Just about everything were good except we got hurt and bled on our lower legs when we walk by the bed near the door to the balcony. The bed frame was made from metal and didn’t have any protection for its corners bare metal. Both of us got caught and injured on our lower legs when we walked by. Luckily the other bed frame has some protection on its frame so injury caused. We reported this issue and hope they will take care of it to prevent injury to the next renters.

This place is clean and we managed to spend 1 night there but it was falsely described on expedia as a full apartment. It is just a shared room. It's right by the train tracks. It's noisy and the beds are on wheels and they move around. There is no parking. There is no free parking. You get the switcheroo and are told at check in that there is street parking. The neighborhood is not safe and street parking is not pleasant. It is only 2 hour parking. There isn't even any paid or covered parking anywhere nearby because it is a poor neighborhood. Don't do it
