"The hotel is really nice, the pool area is clean and modern and the staff are really nice. The apartment was huge and had everything you needed including cooking and washing facilities. It has two big balconies and good aircon and nicely decorated. It is a straight walk down to a nice area with restaurants and 15 min walk from the beach. "

"Case Irene is a lovely hotel with the most hospitable staff. It is based 5 minutes from Falsarana beach and 15 minutes from Kissamo beach. The front reception was super helpful with check in and local recommendations. Housekeeping were very efficient and the breakfast service was very nice. We loved our stay!"

"Amazing place to stay on the beach. Short walk to town, shops and restaurants. Family run hotel for 40 years. The family was there everyday and you can tell. Homemade breakfast was great. "

"Ottima struttura posizionata davanti al mare. Vicinissima al centro, con lungomare pieno di ristoranti e piccoli negozi. È presente all'interno una piscina aperta tutto il giorno fino alle 21. "Had the most amazing time. Staff were very helpful with great communication. The room was lovely with a stunning view as well as the pool was very well maintained. Close by to restaurants/coffee/beaches but a car is a must! Thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"Nice stsy"

"Lovely place lovely people. If you want to get away from the mob this is the place. Beautiful setting. Lovely food. Reception were very helpful as were all the staff. Only negatives I have are the Villas are up a big hill so have a car or be fit. Also the pool at the villa wasn’t ready (on and cleaned) on the Saturday we arrived, wasn’t sorted until we said something on the Monday. But was sorted very quickly."

"This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "

"The whole staff was very nice. The hotel is close to the city and the airport. There is a direct connection to the beach and a supermarket very close by. The owner was very nice to us and helped us a lot "

"Magnifique appartement (tout neuf) dans un complexe dans les montagnes avec une cuisine entièrement agencée. La corbeille du déjeuner était un vrai plaisir, en plus livrée dans notre appartement à l'heure choisie ! le bonheur ! Dommage, nous sommes restés qu'une nuit ! L'établissement se trouve à peu de kilomètres des belles pages d'Elafonissi. Attention: pas facile à trouver, malgré le GPS. Demander un plan d'accès ! "
