Comeback visit-all as good as before

We have visited for the second time and the standard remains the same. Very well maintained and clean property with great customer service. The restaurant and the food were excellent.

A fantastic place to stay

We stayed four nights here and had a fantastic time. The staff are friendly and very responsive. The spa and wellness area is world-class standard. The outdoor swimming area was fantastic and overall the whole experience was a great four days. They have a bowling alley and outdoor cinema one of the nights Which was great fun.

The organisation needs to be improved

We were there 2nd time. This time a room wasn't so cleas as the first time. It wasn't pleasent to have hair on the floor in a bathroom. Also shower were leaking so water could be everywhere. The rest like last time - the weakest point - the reception - English very poor, we booked a table in the restaurant - it wasn't arranged. Breakfast was very good and constant lack of plates and cups was iritating. Everybody was doing somenting but nobody was thinging about the overall. Organisation poor. Wellness absolutely great including staff and all facilities. For wellness I will come back.

Doporučuji obezřetnost ohledně personálu

Hotel jako takový je v pořádku a kromě toho, že deluxe pokoje v hlavní budově jsou obtěžovány hlukem z kuchyňské klimatizace a kotlem, neměli bychom výtky - pokud hledáte klid a odpočinek, doporučujeme ubytovat se ve Ville Larisch. Co celkový dojem z pobytu sráží na úroveň předměstského penzionu, je levný personál, který mezi sebou dost nevhodně komunikuje (dokonce jsme vyslechli i hádku přímo za barem), nezvládnutí rezervačního systému, fakturovaná částka neodpovídala využitým službám, kvalita obsluhy... Také nás zklamal vstup do wellness, který je časově omezen. Za plného provozu bychom to chápali - po covidových uzavírkách se každý koruna hodí. Za současného stavu (omezený provoz) bychom ale čekali jistou kompenzaci, např. v podobě neomezeného vstupu. Vnitřní prostory wellness jsou skvělé, ty opravdu doporučujeme. Velmi chválíme kuchaře. Závěr: byli jsme zde podruhé a velmi zvážíme, zda se vrátíme i potřetí, protože kvalita personálu se nelepší.
