Algumas coisas não agradaram: Funcionários falando muito palavrão, fizeram um estacionamento de motos que rangiam motor às altas horas no jardim, administradores fizeram uma festa na área de hóspedes constrangendo-nos de ficarmos na sala e também causando barulho e correria de criancinhas à noite no corredor dos quartos. Porém tivemos coisas boas: o café da manhã é bem bom, é bem limpo, boas funcionárias pela manhã... inclusive, os que gritam palavrão não deixam de ser gentis.

O quarto é extremamente escuro, a cortina não tem blackout para o sol da manhã. Não disponibiliza kit completo de uso para banheiro, somente sabonete. O papel de parede do meu quarto estava soltando, a lixeira do banheiro é sem tampa, causando mau cheiro. Cama bastante confortável e funcionários educados e atenciosos. A localização é o ponto alto da pousada.

Não voltaria

Reservei 03 quartos, e um dos quartos estava em condições pessimas, cheiro de mofo muito forte, cama quebrada, localizado perto da escada então era muito barulhento, de modo geral as roupas de cama não estavam cheirosa e tinha poeira nos moveis. Quando fiz a reclamação do quarto o funcionario ofereceu outro mas o cheiro de mofo estava muito forte.

Decepção!!

Decepção total. Hotel não serve café da manhã, apesar de constar o serviço no site Hotéis.com. O quarto com poeira e teia de aranha, a cama de casal é a junção de duas camas de solteiro, que proporcionou total desconforto na hora de dormir 2 pessoas, não dispõe de estacionamento, shampoo, condicionador, iluminação ruim, não tem cortina nem água quente no chuveiro. Pior hotel que já me hospedei, experiência que deixou a desejar, ainda mais pelo valor pago pela diária! Não recomendo. Zero conforto!

Quarto bem pequeno, porém aconchegante. Chuveiro do quarto meio entupido, com o jato todo torto. Bom ar split. Café da manhã razoável. Portão de entrada você tem que abrir por conta própria. Muito bem localizada em um imóvel muito bonito
