Hotel muito sujo e largado, ainda bem que sĆ³ fiquei um dia, nĆ£o aguentaria ficar mais que isso, paguei chalĆ© e quando cheguei me colocaram no quarto cobrando o mesmo valor. PouquĆ­ssimos funcionĆ”rios, tanto que na hora de ir embora ninguĆ©m me viu sair, fui Ć  recepĆ§Ć£o a mesma se encontrava vazia atĆ© esperei um pouco, mas como ninguĆ©m apareceu deixei a chave na recepĆ§Ć£o e fui embora.

Foi uma boa estadia, mas poderia ser muito melhor! o lugar tem tudo para ser incrĆ­vel, mas esta precisando de dar atenĆ§Ć£o em alguns aspectos como: limpeza nos lustres do restaurante acima da mesa, embora o quarto seja muito confortĆ”vel o cheiro quando chegamos nĆ£o era agradĆ”vel e havia travesseiro sem fronha na cama, nĆ£o havia ninguĆ©m para informar sobre a parte histĆ³rica do lugar e nem para direcionar quais entretenimentos possui no local um guia seria acolhedor, os bichos nĆ£o estavam bem cuidados, havia um pĆ”ssaro debilitado no viveiro e cavalos, poney, jumento desassistidos, um questionĆ”rio no check-out para avaliaĆ§Ć£o do cliente ajudaria nessas melhorias, um folder com as fotos e explicaĆ§Ć£o dos entretenimentos do local ajudaria aos clientes a explorar melhor o local, para remontar melhor a parte histĆ³rica da fazenda seria ideal ter uma cafeteria com barista e vĆ”rios tipos de cafĆ©s com delicias de bolos e pĆ£es artesanais para apreciar ainda que cobrado aparte seria um sucesso!. Muito bom o hotel, quartos grandes e confortĆ”veis. Hotel aconchegante, excelente para ir com famĆ­lia. Tem campo de futebol, de golfe e de vĆ“lei, tem ofurĆ“, piscina, sauna, SalĆ£o de jogos, dardo, arco e flecha e muita natureza. AlĆ©m da fazendinha com cavalos, porcos, pavĆ£o, pĆ“nei, burrinho, patos, cabritos, ovelha, avestruz e um lago de pesca. Tem tambĆ©m quadriciclos, bugre, motocross para alugar e bikes. Tudo limpinho. Tem o sr AntĆ“nio, pessoa agradabilĆ­ssima, simpĆ”tico e prestativo,que apresenta o hotel e ajuda em tudo que precisar. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© simples mas gostoso. A limpeza, a decoraĆ§Ć£o do quarto, a qualidade da comida servida, o atendimento dos funcionĆ”rios, a Fazenda, o passeio a cavalo, os salƵes de jogos, a fogueira que acenderam nas noites que ficamos lĆ”, a paisagem, a organizaĆ§Ć£o do hotel, simplesmente tudo perfeito.
