Precisa melhorar.

O lugar é muito bonito, mas passou a sensação de estar "abandonado". O interior do chalé estava ruim, sujo, teia de aranha, pia vazando, ar condicionado fazendo barulho, toalha encardida, colcha rasgada... A única referência boa é a funcionária Jaqueline que nos atendeu com muita presteza e cordialidade.

Foi bom um dia

O hotel foi bom algum dia. Hoje, está completamente largado. Panela velha esquecida no jardim, garrafas de vidro amontoadas e já com a grama cobrindo, luzes no caminho de entrada apagadas, toalha de banho com buracos, edredon muito usado, não tem opções de canais na TV, a louça do café da manhã quebrada, talheres um de cada modelo, a fechadura do banheiro não funcionava, não tem toalha de rosto. Durante alguns períodos do dia a pousada fica sem nenhum responsável. Caso aconteça algo, reze. Importante: um bom pedaço da estrada que leva à pousada é chão de terra batida com entulho. Estrada que só poderá ser percorrida, caso seu carro seja alto. É uma pena ver um lugar tão bonito desse jeito. O atendimento da Carol foi muito simpático.

Simplesmente não houve estada pq nos transferiram p outra pousada do grupo, mas esqueceram de nos avisar e só soubemos pq ligamos para a pousada. Mas, a estrada para essa pousada só aceita um carro 4x4, pq só cabe 1 carro e é só buraco! Só confusão!! O q salvou foi o pessoal do Eco Resort Serra Imperial, onde nos acomodaram que foram muito prestativos. Sendo essa última, sofrível, pq está precisando de muita manutenção, quartos com mofo, piso da piscina soltando, dentre outros dissabores . Só tristeza! Perdemos o fim de semana lutando contra bugs e trocando de quarto, quando poderíamos estar curtindo o hotel ou a cidade. Uma pena!

Área externa bonita, mas chalé 8 muito ruim!

Pousada com área externa muito bonita! Ficamos no último chalé (8) e acredito q seja o pior deles. De um em um minuto o barulho INSUPORTÁVEL de uma bomba ou sei lá o q ligando e desligando, isso 24h. A parede externa estava com pintura desgastada na parte de baixo. A geladeira, corroída por ferrugem na porta; o banheiro, a janela estava com o pino quebrado e não podia ser aberta para ventilar e tirar o cheio de uso; o porta toalhas, quebrado; o secador com defeito e inacreditavelmente DERRETIDO, não funcionou, por óbvio; levei minha escova modeladora, mas não esquentou adequadamente, pois a energia oscilava; não não existe limpeza diária. O piso do banheiro, depois de 3 dias (tempo de estadia) estava nojento de sujo; fios da televisão pendurados e a TV em cima de um armário de prateleiras aberto, prejudicando parte do espelho q estava na parede (?); café da manhã razoável. Nada demais! Pratos quebrados na borda. O q salva é a SOLANGE, pessoa muito gentil e solícita!

Péssimo atendimento, só tinha dois funcionários para a pousada inteira, no período da tarde, a funcionária disse que ia meter o pé porque não estava ganhando para isso, não tem alimentação, se não pedisse por telefone morríamos de fome. Tinha ratos no salão de alimentação. Enfim, a pousada até que é bonita, mas com péssima gestão... Uma decepção total.

Gostei muito do conjunto da obra. O chalé te dá um bom nível de privacidade. O atendimento da recepção merece destaque. O acesso realmente precisa ser melhorado. Entendo que seja responsabilidade da prefeitura, mas não dá pra ficar esperando pelo poder público.

The place is beautiful, nature is amazing, but the off-road is in bad conditions. Depending on what type of vehicle you are using, you may have difficult to reach the location. If you do not want to visit the city for your meals (because of bad conditions of off-road) you must have in hands the contacts from restaurants that allows delivery to this hotel and Ifood is not an option. Dependendo do tipo de veículo que você está usando, pode ter dificuldade para chegar ao local. Se não pretende visitar a cidade para as suas refeições (devido às más condições da estrada) deve ter em mãos os contatos dos restaurantes que permitem entregas neste hotel e o Ifood não é uma opção. Decepcionante. Atendimento muito limitado devido ter somente um funcionário por período. Sem vigia noturno. Entrada para chalés aberta 24 hs. Local do café péssimo. Café da manhã fraquissimo. Faltou gaz, não tinha uma pessoa responsável para troca de bujão. Aquecesor do chuveiro não funcionava devido falta de manutenção e limpeza. Goteiras em cima da lareira, molhou roupas e sapatos tendo aide necessário colocar baldes para amparar a água. Sinal do wi-fi muito fraco. Jardins abandonados sem muito cuidado. Estrada de acesso até os chalés literalmente em péssimo estado de conservação. Telefone dentro do chalé que não servia para nada. Em fim, tivemos que trocar de chalé devido as goteiras.

Lugar incrível, funcionários super atenciososos e simpáticos. Segunda vez que fico hospedada nessa pousada. Viajei com a familia,meus filhos amaram tudo,a piscina, a hidromassagem ,café da manhã muito bom ,além da vista incrivel que a gente tem dos Chales.
