The rooms were spotlessly clean, with housekeeping service twice a day, which we really appreciated. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent — very generous, with fresh eggs made to order. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. However, we didn’t find the hotel restaurants particularly cosy, and the prices felt a bit steep considering the quality of the food served.

Nous avions une pool lodge, la chambre était incroyable! Tout est magnifique et chaque détails soigné. J’avais réservé des options comme le massage sur notre terrasse. Seul petit bémol: apparemment la réservation du massage c’est perdue, mais le personnel a tout fait pour que nous puissions en profiter comme prévu. Dernier détail: bien vérifier sa facture au départ car la nôtre était complètement fausse (chambre déjà payée remise sur la note et boissons comptées en double).

Superbe

Superbe séjour dans un cadre absolument exceptionnel. Le complexe est magnifique avec une vue incroyable sur la plage de Grande Anse, et tout est niveau de l'écrin, du service aux aménagements en passant par les chambres elles-mêmes. Les restaurants sont de qualité, que ce soit pour le dîner ou pour le petit-déjeuner ; prendre un verre en regardant les baleines sur les terrasses est incroyablement dépaysant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, avec tout l'équipement moderne. Le service est au top de l'accueil au départ. Un hôtel qui vaut le coup à la Réunion.

Hôtel très bien mais retard d’avion ne permettant pas de profiter de ma première nuit à l’hôtel Aucun dédommagent ou aide de la part d’expedia et l’hôtel ne peut rien faire car je ne suis pas passé par le site officiel pour réserver ! Je ne recommande pas ce site pour réserver qui n’offre aucune gestion des aléas du voyage.
