"Liegt am Waldrand etwas ausserhalb und man kann vom Specht geweckt werden. 450 m zum Frühstück wandern. Kein Fahrstuhl. Restaurant im Hotel hat dauerhaft geschlossen. Terrasse ist nutzbar."

"Grundsätzlich ist diese Unterkunft schön. Liebevoll gestaltet und gut eingerichtet. Moderne verknüpft das alte. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber die Stadt Schirgiswalde ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Leider gab es auch deutliche Schattenseiten. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Über uns hat anscheinend eine Fusballmannschaft gewohnt. Man hörte jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch aus der Wohnung über uns. Manchmal war das kaum aushaltbar, und wir haben das Weite gesucht. Nice hotel that is very well maintained indoors and outdoors as well. Small village, but nice to walk around in it. No elevator and quite steep stairs."

"Great views, cool crisp air, good food and service, nice trails nearby...just refreshing. We really enjoyed the overall great hospitality. Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."
