"Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was as easy as it gets. Parking was great. Breakfast was very good with no cooked options. Some mold in the shower. My only problem was we didn't realize that we had to request room service on line so we had to ask for clean towels because we missed the opportunity to have cleaning service. "
"Great room with Lots of space. Beds are a bit hard but fairly comfortable. The WiFi was a bit slow but functional. Two good restaurants in the courtyard. If you forgo room service you receive a free bottle of water for each day no service was provided. "
"We were disappointed in for the first time ever we had to pay extra for a accessible room . We had advised the staff my husband needed a walk in shower .We felt penalised because of disability . Age did reduce the price slightly but we felt it unfair "
"This was my 3rd time staying at this property and unfortunately will be my last. This used to be a nice hotel that served a delicious breakfast, but this past stay was terrible. We had 2 rooms booked, and both rooms were dirty. Black mold in the showers, cobwebs and dust bunnies in corners. Every time we passed the front desk there was always a sign someone would be right back. A couple times we waited for a few mins to hopefully speak with someone but no luck. Our first morning we were heading down for breakfast, only for another guest to tell us they no longer serve it. I was traveling with my elderly mom and 3 year old niece, so no breakfast meant i had to find an alternate place and spend more money than i would have for the hotel breakfast. That was a major inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. There is a Best Western down the street which will be my new go to hotel for my future Trier visits. "
