"Nicely renovated. However no coffee maker in room! Does have 24/7 in lobby but in the evening tasted like it had been sitting a long time, albeit warm. Woke up to a LARGE puddle of water in the room from window? Alerted front desk who said I was not alone - there was a severe storm with blowing winds. But was provided extra towels to clean up myself. Ceiling was showing early mold growth - needed cleaning."

"The staff was not there when we arrived, they were grocery shopping. The tv didn’t work. The room was nice and very good and clean. The staff was not at the desk in morning either."

"The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I locked myself out and he came to my rescue even though the office closed at 10. The room had been renovated and was very clean. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Stratford! Thank you!"

"Beds were comfortable. Rooms somewhat smaller but clean and not a big deal overall as we only stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The water dispenser in the lobby was empty and the lady said we’d have to get water elsewhere. Not sure why they don’t have someone replace it for customers. Was empty for the full days we were there but did see someone using it when we arrived so they got the last of the spring water. At breakfast the attendant said the waffle batter...

"Es war okay , ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Empfang war nett und immer erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage/ Heizung ist leider relativ laut . Parkplatz kein Problem , reichlich vorhandenen."

"Parking was very easy ... outside your door! The owners are very well known and liked. If you want somewhere quiet and clean, this motel is excellent. Not in the hustle, bustle of downtown. Near a great market and within a good distance of the mall, restaurants, Walmart, etc. "

"Absolutely comfortable room, with a lovely view. They only downside to my solo experience, was the parking. There are only 4 spots at the location....first come basis. There was a couple of more free spots, designated to the Inn's guest. [1.5 blocks down the road on 21 Cobourg Street...Which was well-lit.] Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. I would stay here again in the future. Thank you PCI!"

"Cleaning isn’t hard, place is out dated but that would be fine, no continental breakfast and I feel that they are now appealing to long term tenants. No staff waiting to serve, yoh have to call them in their apartment, where the place smells like whatever they are cooking. Again elbow grease and cleaning are not hard to do. Didn’t expect much for the price just a clean place."

Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either."

A large tv, complete with local cable options made it a dream stay. My 1 night stay in London didn’t provide me with any opportunity to use the pool, nor the on-site restaurant.
