"Tired but great location and helpful staff"

"There is no airport shuttle, found that out shortly after booking (it was actually a factor in why I booked) However, there is a pretty handy public bus route just outside the hotel. The carpet from the first floor to the second floor is rotten! I get it’s a high traffic area, so maybe not the best color choice but it’s very dirty! I didn’t like that you had to walk through the restaurant either side to get to either of the pools. Pool towels had to also be asked for at reception, which was a hassle if you had a line of guests checking in or made it to the pool and had to walk back (especially from the rooftop!). Basic hotel, basic needs, loud (but I guess that’s Miami), wouldn’t go back or recommend to a friend."

"Hyatt accommodated us as early arrivers with a sick family member and immediately put us in a room, for which we were thankful. However, although the room was sufficient for a short time, it did smell heavily of marijuana and upon reporting this to the front desk we were immediately moved to a lovely room on the 6th floor. Staff was pleasant, professional and understanding. Pool area was clean, but many chairs were in need of replacement. Restaurant was commendable for cleanliness and light fair, but there are limited beverages offered and no alcohol served. Overall, our travel party was very pleased with this particular Hyatt and would stay there again."

"Had a beautiful ocean view from my balcony. Room was clean and exceptional. Wonderful pool that can be enjoyed by all guest young and old. Had games for the kids. The hotel staff friendly and helpful. Evenings were quiet and peaceful. Great experience. "

"Updated and Clean room, professional staff, outdoor pool, easy to get an appointment for spa, good food at restaurants. Close to bayside market and keseya center. Parking garage across the street, Publix walking distance. We had a pleasant stay. "
