"DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff is horrible! For starters I had a broken foot and walk in with my 80 year old mom who also has mobility issues and what does the front desk do? Takes forever with no consideration to the fact that I was standing with a broken foot all that time... then she proceeds to assign us a second floor room with no elevator! The lack of common sense and empathy is just appalling. Needles to say I requested a room change and what was given to us felt like a PUNISHMENT. I am not...

"The hotel is very nice and clean in a beautiful property. The receiving staff lacked knowledge about not charging taxes to those of us that are just visiting from abroad. The front desk person required to see the physical seal with the date of entrance. Since my husband is Colombian by birth, he used the biometric entrance.
