There was no toilet paper it was to far to get there and the restaurant food tasted like gasoline. Hot water didn’t work

Avoid this place!

I messaged this property a number of times in the days leading up to the stay. I never got a message back. I called multiple times and typically got no answer. When they did answer. I explained that I was on my way. Needed an accurate address or for someone to answer in a couple hours so they could tell the taxi driver how to get there. They agreed. I caught one taxi. He couldn't find it and the property couldn't be reached. I paid the taxi for the wasted trip, stopped at a grocery, finally found another taxi and called again. They said that I didn't have a reservation. Translation: on a busy Sunday (the hot spring was overbooked) they gave my room to a drive up customer for more money. I get the greed. I'm dumbfounded that they were so unprofessional to give up my room within minutes of talking with me. Avoid this place and these cheating and greedy clowns. They ruined my whole afternoon and evening. I got stuck in Santa Rosa at one of only a few remaining options paying same night price. The absolute worst lodging service and experience I've ever had.
