"Clean room quiet location"

"Apartment is in desperate need of a refurb. Everything is mouldy, dusty or worn out. I didn’t dare sit on the sofa as it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, same with the carpet I had to wear slippers. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was covered in mould, a total health hazard. Dishwasher was old and smelled, pans weren’t cleaned from previous occupant. The whole thing was disgusting and they charged me $2k for the week. Hands down worst property I’ve stayed in "
