"Rooms were fantastic. Clean and she worked great. Clean hallways and elevators. Pool was nice. Only thing was breakfast wasn't the best..overall.will stay again"

"Our room our was dirty. There was a used. Band-Aid stuck to the picture in the room. The tub was filthy. The soap dispenser was falling off the wall in the shower. Our shower control was stripped and dripped continuously.The hallways in the hotel were like a sauna, but the air-conditioning in the room did work well. Breakfast choices were limited as the pancake machine was broken and by 8 o’clock there was not one yogurt left in the refrigerator. The pool was also broken. Facility is not well maintained at all."

"There is no easy way to get luggage to your room. Check in is on floor 2. You enter on floor 1. If you dont want to pay for valet, you go to the garage, walk an insane distance, take an elevator to a different floor to check in, then make your way alllllllll the way back to your car and carry everything several blocks to more elevators and hope the cards work to use the elevator to get to your floor and hope the cards work on your door too. I love the tech that allows cool elevator stuff, its novel and great but it was a hassle. I was not there for the casino. I was there for a room. There needs to be a place where I can park, actually find a luggage cart to walk quickly to an elevator, then be done in 15min. This is a fantastic property, I would love to vacation here. But there is no way I'm coming back to spend well over an hour walking just to get all my luggage to my room. Add an entrance for HOTEL GUESTS with luggage to park temporarily, then put up some clearly visible signs and luggage carts next to an elevator to the check-in desk. That would make this place perfect."

"Unfortunately, I will have to put this hotel on my list of places to NOT stay anymore. It's difficult to get comfortable at the "Comfort Inn" when you can't unpack your suitcase because there are no drawers/no storage. I have stayed at least three times since February. So within the last 5 months the washer still has not been fixed, as well as the vending machine for snacks, nor has the vending machine been re-stocked. And if you're trying to get some work done - forget about it. The Wi-fi is HORRIBLE!!!! The breakfast is very limited and not very good. Maybe try some variations of sausage (everybody doesn't eat pork) And I'm pretty sure the re-use of the milk and juice are health code violations."
