Had a comfortable couple of nights whilst my boiler was out of action. Clean, well appointed single room with modern en-suite bathroom. Slept very well. A nice old traditional hotel, some areas are a little worn / dated, but I understand looking after a property of this size and age is no small undertaking. Everyone was friendly and professional, from reception to the bar and dining staff. I got a great rate, with breakfast included, really was excellent value. Thank you Queens hotel.

Breakfast food wasn't up to the standard we get at comparable hotels. The room was clean, comfortable and overlooked the sea which was good but could do with updating. The TV was tiny and the coffee/tea making set up was very basic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every one of them is excellent. Friendly and helpful. I arrived off the sleeper and they wen out of their way to make sure I got into my room early. My upgraded room was comfortable and had wonderful views. Breakfasts were very good. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Splendid place that reflects the grandeur of a past era. ' A grand old lady' in , what must be, the very best location in Penzance. Just across the road is the extra wide prom and the sea. Amazing panoramic views. The staff are delightful andextremely helpful. We're happy to stay again when in the area.

Fantastic location facing the sea, so breakfast at sunrise was spectacular. An easy walk to local amenities. Lovely big room with (unexpectedly) a sea view. Location is amazing right at the seafront, and you just can't beat that. Reception staff was helpful (allowed me to check in 1h earlier). Breakfast was delicious, promptly served and the dining room staff was(especially the lady with the long black hair, missed her name). It's definitely worth the stay.
