"Overall had a great stay! The staff were lovely and very helpful. When we first checked into our room the toilet had no been flushed after the people before us used it… disappointed that wasn’t checked when it was being cleaned. Other than that the room was clean and updated. The TV wouldn’t connect to the wifi so the smart tv functions didn’t work, not a huge deal!"

"When we drove into the entry there was a staff person watering the flowers. There were at least five cars behind wanting to drive up to the lobby to go in to register. Made everyone wait and seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Got the stink eye. This was at 4:00 pm, when registration started. Definitely didn’t make us feel welcome."

"The bedrooms depicted in the online photos do not match the actual rooms. The rooms appear to be inadequately cleaned, and some doors are missing or do not close correctly. The place struck us as unsafe, and the rooms on the ground floor didn't have locks on the windows. We ended up just packing our bags and leaving to find somewhere else to stay for the night. Losing the cost of the room was a minor trade off. I would not suggest this establishment to anyone."

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. "Excellent location right across the beach from Skaha Lake. Having a kitchen was extremely helpful for our family so we didn’t need to eat out every night. Staff were kind and eager to help- one of our teenagers broke a glass when we were out for the evening, and a staff member came immediately to vacuum and clean up the glass, which we were so thankful for."
