Staff was very nice. The building needs work. Mold in my bathroom wall and ceiling. As soon as we got out of the elevator on the second floor it smelled musty. I would not stay there again.

Did not clean room our entire stay. Shower did not work correctly and water went in floor had to use towels to get up and get more. The front desk said no we needed to bring dirty ones. Grant they had been outside door two days. The room was smelling and the drawers would not stay closed. Never could get in pool we had no code? I will never stay there again.

The hotel is quite old. The hallways have an unpleasant odor. The photos of the rooms on Expedia look okay, but the reality is much worse. I think they should remove the breakfast option from the description, as it looks more like coffee and a snack. Lastly, at $130, the location is quite far from any leisure activities.

Arrived late night bottom floor rm 103. Walked in the rm., first thought wow alot of fabuloso & lemon cleaning smell, which by morning we found out masked the entire smell of the room is best said like a cat liter box. After i went up for free bfast , only thing warm is oatmeal or grits., cold cereal, packaged donuts, muffins. After my lil breakfast went to front desk and told them room smelled, need mopped with clorox bleach. Was then informed, they dont clean during stays but you can walk up and get towels daily!. 3 nts in toilet overflowed..i fixed n used towels, went back desk , Told them about room, was told cannot change house cleaning rooms for tge day! Ok now im mad!! I wanted room mopped etc. Lead to i felt like an investigation as i had told them 3 times its fixed and what i needed...finally was able to get room cleaned..to their best. Which is about 2.5 steps below where i like to be. If your traveling construction worker etc, , you wont mind. Business travelers NO. Next issue is after you book 3rd party your screwed...either stay or lose money. I wont be here ever again. I will pay the $16 difference to have a clean room and hot breakfast.

Overall it was typical hotel. My room near the bathroom sink stunk of sewer and the outside hall reeked of musty mold. The bathroom had mold coming back through the paint telling me they cover up mold instead of properly cleaning it. There was either kids running upstairs halls and doors slamming well past midnight. Only gave 2 bath towels when 4 is customary. No laundry bag was available either. Free bre

I booked the room online for my grandson and his finance. They are both 2 months shy of 20, both very responsible. They arrived to check in after 11 pm to the prepaid room but were turned away because they were under 21. The clerk told them (and me when I called) that it was against the law to allow them to check in. Therefore they drove all night to get here. It is not against the law. If she had told the truth I could have found them a different hotel

Do not recommend this hotel. Back entry door doesn't latch so ANYONE can enter the hotel day & night. I reported it and they were aware of it and said they were unable to fix it. Empty soap/shampoo containers, wet carpet from air conditioner so very musty, lamp didn't work, shower flooded bathroom and many other things. Outside wasn't mowed, tall weeds, garbage, etc. Do not recommend for anyone other than the State Health Dept.

Stayed 1 night. Once I checked in and was put in a room, the person next to me played their tv really loud and was talking really loud on their phone. Instead of asking the front desk to say something to this person, I just requested that they move me to a different room. The front desk lady was super nice (thank you) and was able to accommodate my request and put me on a different floor. However my room faced the road outside and it was a very very busy road. Loud cars every few seconds went by, some cars even treated the roadway like their own personal racetrack. The only way I was able to go to sleep was to keep both the bathroom fan and AC with Fan on and wear earplugs. Bed was comfy, breakfast was ok. not many healthy options. Plenty of parking spots to choose from. Outside door on the side was not locked as I didn't need my key to get in so anyone could get it. I did not use the pool.

The room was good … it’s not bad for the price . I didn’t like that it was noisy, ice machines hardly work, and the breakfast bar could be better . They don’t serve breakfast meats . And you have to remind the staff to stock the breads.
