"it was good enough for one night lol. the ac didn’t work at first but we got it to work. the staff was nice. the side entrance didn’t work with our keycard which sucked since we were at the end of the hallway"

"Room wasn’t cleaned the best, especially having small children. A huge pill was on the floor by one of the beds and when I scooted the nightstand over a couple of inches I found a facial razor and various other items. The pill I trashed but I left the rest. There were hairs in the shower and a huge hair in the fridge. We were given one washcloth, 3 hand towels and 3 body towels for a huge double bed suite. When it’s late and you’re trying to bathe small children with a hand towel it’s annoying. Also, after checking out I realized one of my sons prized possessions had been left behind and could not get anyone to answer the phone, I called 6 times and the phone just rang and rang but every time I came by during our stay there was always someone at the front desk so very frustrated to not get through to anyone. "
