Very enjoyable stay

A very warm friendly welcome and warm atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The availability of parking on the driveway was helpful. Breakfast was excellent.We were only there for one night but it would be a great base to explore the local area.

Our room looked recently decorated, was cleaned to the highest standard and had everything there that a visitor could possibly want. The couple who run this bed and breakfast are friendly and knowledgable about the area, and the breakfast they provided was cooked with local produce and was delicious. There was private parking for our car to the side of the property, and The Red Townhouse is approximately seven to ten minutes walk from the town centre.

1 night stay in this very well run B and B. Very comfortable room with all amenities and high quality furnishings throughout the property. Good choice for breakfast and excellent quality. Appreciated off road parking. Easy walking distance into town where there is a wide selection of places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Really friendly B & B. Service was excellent and rooms were clean. Sleeping at night was great as it was nice and quiet. Local area is within a few minutes walk and the owners just let you get on with things. Breakfast was awesome.

Welcome Home

We felt so welcomed and at home. They went out of their way to help us attend a nearby wedding that we had come for. They didn't know we had just come from a Lodge in Greta Green where we had had such a terrible experience. They checked us in unheard of early where we were able to regroup and go to the wedding as if nothing had ever happened. They love what they do and it shows in every detail!

Lovely room - clean, good size, comfy bed. Warm welcome from Elaine, very helpful with local knowledge. Excellent breakfast, loved the fact that everything was locally sourced, great bacon and black sausage. Highly recommend.
