"Lovely cabins with friendly staff!"

"The location is beautiful, staff were nice too. The room was clean and enough space but not too spacious. There was no hot water in the morning but was okay enough to take shower. Make sure you either ask for new shampoo and soap from the front desk or bring your own. The shampoo and conditioner were expired 2 years ago. They have pub and a liquor store at the ground level so expect loud music and people chatting loudly, the rooms were not sound proof so you will hear pretty everything from...

"We’ve been coming to this Four Seasons location every year for the past few years, and we absolutely love it. The staff consistently makes us feel welcome, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the ski concierge service is excellent. We also appreciate the frequent shuttle service to both the Upper and Lower Villages, as well as the convenience of the house car. The ski concierge being located at the Blackcomb base is very convenient....

"Some dishes were a little dirty in the room. The bed in the loft for room 264 needs to be replaced, it bows in the middle so badly. But other than those couple issues, we had an amazing stay!"

"Well my room was really dated. The colour of paint was really dark. The fireplace was absolutely beautiful. The bed was extremely comfy. The Jaquzi is amazing. Just found it was expensive for what u got. "

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"The loft suite had a nice gathering for my birthday celebration for 4 of us. Downstairs had a living room with a pullout couch. We hung out there lots when we were in the room. The front desk gave us drink vouchers and discounted parking rates for my birthday, along with a handwritten note… so make sure you mention it’s your birthday if it is. We really liked the warm pool we could hang out in… It was warmer than most pools that I’ve been to in the village. The location is amazing and is so...
