"When I arrived it was getting late, the lady at the counter was very nice and made my check in easy after a tiring day traveling. They gave me a bigger unit which I am very greatful for, it was also spotless and spacious. Cleaners kept everything in order, and do an excellent job. The site is close to the Richmond town center that has everything you will need on holiday and even a cinema 'Silky Otter' (10 min walk). For me, it was like a nice little home away from home and I look forward to...

"Very nice hotel and room. Friendly & helpful staff. Location is within a 5 minute walk to several restaurants and stores, 5-10 minute walk to large grocery store, and 10-15 minute walk to main bus depot. Overall, a very good stay!"

"Perfect spot for three day stop in area, from the warm welcome through to the spacious and extremely comfortable bedroom with kitchen facilities and a lovely bathroom. It’s just a short walk into town along a well lit road, and also convenient to quickly access the coastal road. The room was serviced every day, and everything was well designed and thought through. The laundry room was also a welcome feature. Would definitely recommend."

"Clean comfortable room. Shared kitchen facilities but well appointed with plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and equipment. Rooms on the main road side can be noisy once the traffic starts building up in the morning "
