"Location is great if you have scooter and want to go to ubud, 15 minutes from ubud center but quiet and peaceful area."

"Absolutely beautiful room, wonderful and attentive staff, great food, and just overall so peaceful. We stayed for our honeymoon but it also happened to be my husband’s birthday and the staff was so amazing and helpful with setting up a few surprises. They answered all our questions right away and always greeted us with a smile and genuine interest in how our day was. The private pool and the view were so amazing. Highly recommend staying here! "

"Beautiful resort staff was very friendly and was a very quiet and peaceful stay"

"Amazing hotel with clean and friendly staff."

"The place itself is a little bit rundown but the location is wonderful. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is a little bit disappointing considering the fresh ingredients that are available. The staff was delightful. Not a bad day at all, but not a place I would necessarily return to."

"One of the best vacation spots Ive stayed in hands down."

"The villa is in a quiet area outside the town centre but we were offered a private chauffeur/guide who took us wherever we needed to go and suggested all kinds of interesting diversions not found in thevgide ba. o"

"Lovely stay at Mathura Hotel in Ubud. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Great value for money and a perfect base for exploring Ubud. Would happily stay again."

"Wonderful host. Wonderful service. Everything was great. Pool was wonderful air-conditioning wonderful."

"I stayed here 11 nights in a nice room with good views of green landscape. The facilities are basic - no water, tea, coffee, soap or shampoo are provided. No breakfast or food available despite property being advertised as having a restaurant. Not many shops close by so you really need transport. I rented a scooter from them which was great. Road nearby is small but surprisingly noisy. Pool is ok but could do with a clean. Overall I think this property is better suited to longer stays."
