"This is one of the best Hotels I stayed at in Europe. Quality of service was superb. Hotel was super clean a true 5 star experience. It’s 15 minutes away from the touristy area ( old town) but they have a water taxi that takes you there. It was like a free cruise experience in porto. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Porto. Will be back for sure "

"Loved this property! Breakfast great, staff fantastic and in the best location. Stunning views, near to jardim de morro, 5 minutes across the bridge to porto either to the riberia or to near the cathedral based on of you use the high or lower walkway. Dont keep looking this is the ideal hotel!"
"We stayed in the suite on the main floor away from the main hotel which has tall windows and a magnificent view onto the river/Luis bridge, both day and night; the location is unique to staying on Duoro river; its a lively and yet tranquil combination; the roof top bar is recommended; overall great experience!"
"I absolutely LOVED my stay at the hotel. It was beautiful and located in such as easy to access part of Porto. It was such a walkable area. The decore was lovely and the hotel was so clean. breakfast was delicious- simple but more than enough options. On top of all that, there were always an assortment of pastries viable, as well as consistent access to coffee. "
"THE best hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was incredible. They called 30min before check in to see if I needed anything then proceeded to book our tours, dinner reservations and was so incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and so comfortable.
Another thing that stood out was that the owner was present, always seen in the lobby.
