"Incroyable ! La porte de la douche n'avait pas été remplacée et ce matin chambre inondée devant le lavabo. A la reception ce matin nous etions presque responsables .de ne pas l'avoir vu en arrivant. De plus, la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune reaction de la reception. Hôtel a bannir."

"Horrible checkin process. Also your room has to pass inspection before you check-out or your 100 euro deposit is not refunded. Also you have to make and strip beds and haul the sheets and towels out."
