Also not easy to get a cup of coffee in the morning. They have free coffee set up till 6:30 am then you have to go to the bar where the staff is not enthusiastic about serving coffee. There are no cream, sugar, stirs set out very poor service."

"It is a very clean and convenient hotel. But the shuttle did not service in the afternoon I arrived because of absence of the driver. I was told I could get reimbursed but needed to wait until the morning when the front desk manager was in -- I did not get reimbursed at the end. No clear instructions were given for booking the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Breakfast was OK but lacked variety."
