"When I booked my stay it was for two nights, and I booked a room with a roll in shower (accessible and with handrails). When I arrived the hotel had two separate consecutive one night reservations, in a second level (no elevator) room that did NOT have an accessible shower. We were required to check out and back in, though not move rooms for the second night.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was professional but I wouldn't say "friendly" and never smiled..... unfortunately...
