This place was very clean. Staff was very hospitable and knowledgeable. The restaurant was very convenient and the food was really good. The stew was my favorite on the cool rainy evening.
I would definitely stay there again.
Everything about the lodge was perfect.
It is well decorated and maintained, the entire property is clean and inviting. The restaurant was very good but best of all was that the staff members were kind and helpful.
This place is an oasis in the desert. Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms. Nice beds. Really good food in the restaurant. I would highly recommend it. We stayed the night before we hiked into Havasupai and it was perfect.
The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Restaurant food was very good too. The only caution I have is that a train passes through all night and does blow its horn. but we did sleep through that.
I enjoyed my overnight stay. The food at the adjacent Diamond Creek Restaurant was delicious, especially the frybread served with the green chili pork stew. A market with a Starbucks store located across the street is a bonus. Also, food trucks nearby too. The room was clean, travel size products provided, and the bed comfy. I wish we had more time to experience the river rafting.
Nicer than the average two--star hotel and better than the other options in the area (in my opinion). The practice of charging a resort fee at check-in is deceptive, especially when my Expedia booking says nothing about it. It has become a common practice among hotels but I think it is dishonest and I won't five stars for any hotel that does it
This place was very clean. The restaurant on site was excellent food. With it being right on route 66 there’s so much sightseeing to do right around the hotel.
