"This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. "

"The stay was nice however at 9:30 pm our air conditioner emitted a burning, hot smell that made our throats sore. We called the front desk and they quickly moved us to another room but it was inconvenient considering the later hour and the fact we were settled in for the night. We also did not receive any type of reimbursement or lowering of our bill for the trouble. The rooms/ facility was clean and nice but breakfast was ok. It was a little disappointing. Not as much offered as other hotels...
