The room had everything we needed. Even a patio with 2 chairs out back. Comfy bed, clean room. Great water pressure in shower. Supplied body shampoo, shampoo & body cream. Will stay again when we visit Payson.

Property was older but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was quite good and the staff was friendly. Bed was not comfortable, and the fireplace in the room was a disappointment - it was electric so there was zero ambiance.

the room was comfortable. It was located in a perfect place, close to things. Only complaint was the last night we were there, neighbors below were very noisey and had some sort of gathering and kept us awake for awhile. Also the TV went out and I could smell smoke through the AC and fan- neither one of us smoke.
