The owner was great very pleasant and helpful. Lighting in the bathroom bad. Room decor very dated and sad definitely needs an update to make it brighter. The one meal I had was plentiful and delicious. Has a smoking room downstairs which was great for me. Nespresso machine in room another plus.

The hotel phone didint work, the showerhead was broken, only one person spoke english, i didint get the room i booked with no air ventelation and the gluten free section was below a bunch of bread and flower

L’hôtel et le personnel sont parfaits. L’hotel est très bien placé à côté de la gare, d où mon choix, mais du coup dehors ça reste un « quartier de gare »

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

2 Einzelzimmer für 1 Nacht gebucht. Hotel ist alt, Atmosphäre aus den 70ern. Aber alles funktionell & sauber, das ist die Hauptsache. Aber nur das Nötigste erneuert. Z.B. das Holz der Zimmertüren ist alt & voller Abnützungsspuren (Kratzer, etc.), altes Telefon aus den 80ern, Ikea-Nachttischlampen und Textilduschvorhang. Das eine Zimmer ist direkt unterm Dach, wegen dessen Schräge ist es im sehr kleinen Zimmer, in dem praktisch nur das Bett steht, noch enger. Für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend, für über CHF 90 pro Person ist der Preis überteuert.

Wir haben das Zimmer im 1. Stock, visavis des Bahnhofs und an eine befahrende Strasse. Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Wir haben sehr schlecht oder überhaupt nicht geschlafen.

Die Realität der Zimmer und des Hotels entsprach keineswegs den Bildern im Internet. Ausstattung war sehr alt und renovationsbedürftig! Durch die Lage einer Verkehrsintensivem Standort war die Nachtruhe gestört. Das Angebot an Essen und Frühstück war alles andere als Gastfreundlich. Trotzt Corona kann man hier mit diesem Preisverhältnis attraktiver und innovativer sein. Das haben uns andere Hotelbuchungen klar aufgezeigt.

Accueil et chambre sans charmes

L'accueil impersonnel. La chambre petite et sans charme avec une vue de 2mètres sur un mur de clinique dentaire! Au petit déjeuner, personne n'était présent, et c'était un vrai self-service! Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'était… mais pas tellement de choix parce que c'est le seul hôtel de Payerne. Si vous avez la possibilité prenez un logement dans une ville/village près de Payerne.

Agréable séjour au lac de Neuchâtel

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par le personnel de cet hôtel à notre arrivée qui nous a proposé une meilleure chambre (une chambre plus au calme comme nous le souhaitions).Chambre bien grande et bon petit-déjeuner buffet. Parking public gratuit du soir au matin juste à côté de l'hôtel (pas mal pour la Suisse). Cet un hôtel que nous pouvons recommander (bon rapport qualité/prix).
