Forfærdeligt, checkede ud samme dag vi ankom

Det levede på ingen måde op til vores forventning. Værelset var utrolig beskidt, myrer i sengen og dyr i skabet. Søde staff, men ikke særlig Hospitality minded. Vi var nød til at checke ud første nat vi ankom, to dage før vi skulle være checket ud, fordi vi ikke syntes det var trygt eller rart. De havde enda ikke regnet med vi ville have nøgle til vores værelse, men fik den dog til sidst. Alt i alt helt forfærdelig oplevelse. Ikke book det.

Ich war nun schon zum 3. Mal dort. Es ist eine ruhige und beschauliche Anlage im Zentrum der Insel. Erstmalig war ich 2016 dort. Man merkt jedoch, dass die Zeit nicht spurlos vergangen ist. Schade, dass der Empfang sehr schlecht war. Man hatte nicht mit uns gerechnet. Die Türen waren anfangs geschlossen. Auch auch emails vorab wurde nicht reagiert. Sehr schade. Doch insgesamt überzeugt die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Ich komme auch ein 4. Mal.

God service, dårlig renhold

God service. Ufattelig skittent. Måtte dusje på et annet hotel, for jeg maktet ikke å dusje der. Krydde av maur i senga, og generelt innsekt og krypdyr i hele rommet, spesielt badet. Så også mange rotter utenfor rommet mitt.

Kebersihan kurang, ada plastik roti bekas di laci night lamp nya .. bathtub penutup rusak, mesti call engineering utk bisa dipakai .. Highlight utk Mbak yg di Front Office yg served breakfast nya super ramah, very accomodating, dan informatif .. kamarnya oke overal bersih dan nyaman ..

- frühes Check-in beantragt welches von Unterkunft nicht wahrgenommen wurde -> mussten vor Ort 3h warten obwohl das Zimmer schon fertig war - Krabbeltiere tot und lebendig auf Boden, Bett, Wänden; Kot und Urin der gleichen am Boden; Ratte auf Klimaanlage - Dach war undicht -> Pflanzen wuchsen von draußen ins Zimmer und somit auch noch mehr Tiere - schmutziges&vergilbtes Laken am Himmelbett - zahlreiche Schimmelflecken an Wänden -> strenger Geruch - vermooste Außendusche - kaputter Klorollenhalter - TV funktionierte nicht - Wlan war im Bungalow nicht nutzbar obwohl es in allen Bereichen des Hotels wlan geben sollte - Poolliege kaputt; Liegenpolster dreckig und schimmelig - Holzterrasse mit 2 großen Löchern mit herausstehenden Schrauben - kaputte Klospülung -> nach Reklamation wurde sich nicht darum gekümmert -> Kot lag den ganzen Tag in der Schüssel - kaputte Außenbeleuchtung -> laut Manager sollte ein Elektriker kommen -> es kam keiner - unkompetente, untrainierte, nicht hilfsbereite Hotelangestellte Um halb 10 morgens haben wir zweimal nach dem Manager verlangt. Uns wurde gesagt dass er am Nachmittag kommen würde. Haben bis 15Uhr gewartet und haben nochmal nach ihm gefragt, dann wurde uns gesagt, dass er gar nicht mehr kommt. Es wurde uns also eiskalt ins Gesicht gelogen und wir haben dadurch den ganzen Tag verschwendet. Daraufhin haben wir frühzeitig ausgecheckt. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!!

Vi hade bokat en villa här för fyra nätter men klarade inte av mer än en natt. Rummen kryllade av myror och flugor, inte bara på golven utan även i sängen (!!), resväskorna och hela toalettstolen. Möblerna föll bokstavligt talat isär när vi öppnade skåp och garderobsluckor. Wifi funkade inte någonstans på hela området, tv funkade ej, belysning i trädgården funkade ej, AC funkade ej. Sängkläder och handdukar var smutsiga, och under det dygnet vi var där fick vi ej några handdukar till händerna eller att använda till poolen. Badrummen är ej rena, inte heller poolen som var full av alger. Maten vi beställde från hotellets restaurang resulterade i att hela sällskapet blev dåliga. Personalen var trevlig men tyvärr pratar de knappt engelska och det blir väldigt svårt att kommunicera. Rekommenderar ej.

I loved the concept of the outdoor bathroom. The only downside is the bugs when you’re showering or using the restroom (geckos and ants are everywhere in Bali but it wasn’t a big deal). Don’t expect it to be white glove clean either. Make sure you select the option that includes breakfast because it’s really no where close by to eat (next town is Ubud which is approximately 10-15 mins away and where we spent most of our time when not going the typical tourist stuff). You can have groceries delivered to your villa upon request. If you have leftovers just keep in mind that there isn’t a microwave in the villa. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Staff were rude, not even a simple greeting from them instead they would talk in the other room and laugh at my husband and I The villa was disgusting, room servicing was never done until we pretty much had to beg them to do our bed and clean the floors as they were covered in BUGS! No breakfast included so when it was silent day in Bali we would of pretty much starved to death thank god we left. Not close to anything Long drive to wherever we wanted to go Left 2 nights later and stayed in a better Villa in Seminyak As we packed and left they didn’t even care or ask why we were leaving the way we did, will never recommend this Crap property to anymore, save ur money and save the headache.
